In 2023 GoodTimes was made aware that if they were to start a nonprofit, the city would be in a position to help get the skate park fixed. Once a nonprofit was formed, the skate park would be granted the money it needed to either get fixed, or replaced. When Jaydon Williams heard the cry for help in the skate community, he stood up and took action. In tow were Bella Drake and Katie Borrego. These three amazing individuals met every week to discuss what Nevada County Skate would mean to skateboarding and launched the nonprofit you see today. Once the nonprofit was formed, Sam Anderson, owner of GoodTimes, stepped in and made the first donation of $3000 to get it all started. Andy, the manager of GoodTimes, Hollie Dilly from Crush and Sam all joined the board to get things rolling.
